Postage & Packaging costs

We try to keep costs to a minimum (please see delivery details below for more details) so we only charge £5.85 per order. This will be added to your invoice sent to you via email.

Delivery Times

For customized items please allow at least 6-10 weeks after the time of ordering.

For bespoke items please allow at least 8-12 weeks after the time of ordering. (Please note this delivery time refers to the time needed after the initial consultation period which can last up to 6 weeks, depending on your requirements!)

During busy periods (1st April-31st August- wedding season!) please check with us if these delivery times are still applicable.

We send our items by  Royal Mail 'Special Delivery^TM Next Day', so that your items are fully insured against loss. This allows parcels to be delivered by the next working day, before 1pm, but we are unable to take responsibility for actual delivery times provided by Royal Mail. This requires a signature upon delivery (although this does not have to be the person to whom the parcel is addressed to).  

If you need your items in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order, as it is sometimes possible to prioritize orders.

Tip: It may be useful to think about when your hairdressing rehearsals for your wedding will be, as you may need to have your hair accessories with you at that time.
